I will use a comparative market analysis to ensure we price your home correctly, and to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. I will leverage my professional relationships to find a buyer for your home. And yes, your home will be featured on our board's MLS® System where it can be seen by thousands of prospective buyers.
Do I need to sell my home before buying another one?
Not always. Sometimes you can receive what is often called a bridge loan from your lender. Essentially, if you sold your home and planned to move into a new one before you received the money from your home sale, the lender could bridge the gap until the funds from your sale were finalized.
